Every year, defective products seriously injure or kill thousands of people. Any product can be potentially dangerous if it is poorly designed or fails to carry the proper warning.

    • Goods and services that are bought and used by the consumer;

    • Goods used for the purpose of gain by businesses;
  • Unsafe Drugs and Pharmaceutical Products:
    • Medications with harmful side effects:
    • These can include developing cancer, infertility, altered genetics, birth defects, organ failure, and many other temporary or permanent results;
    • Be sure to read and educate yourself on all potential side effects before taking any medication or product;
    • Keep a copy of receipts for all your prescriptions and over-the-counter medications;
    • Immediately contact the hospital, your doctor(s) or other medical providers should you become ill;
  • Defective Medical Devices:
    • These devices malfunction and result in serious injury or even death.

    • The product was designed improperly;
    • There is a manfacturing defect in the way it was made;
    • There are inadequate or no warning labels on how to use the product correctly;
