SUBWAY AND TRAIN ACCIDENTS:

The New York City subway and New York State rail systems provide us with round the clock service, by hard working individuals who we rely on everyday for travel. According to the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), New York City is home to approximately twenty-five (25) subway routes, 472 Subway stations, in addition to the Metro North, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Amtrak railways.

As great as it is having non-stop access to travel by subway and train, we must always be aware of the dangers it can present. Train and rail accidents can result in catastrophic injuries and even death.
