EMPLOYERS RIGHTS

New York Lawyers

Employers and business owners can face many legal hurdles. Those operating a business without workers’ compensation insurance could face substantial penalties and sanctions from the workers’ compensation board.

An employer could also be subject to criminal charges depending on the severity of your charges. Therefore, it is best to ensure your business has the proper workers’ compensation insurance. It is also important to familiarize yourself with your rights when it comes to a workers’ compensation case.
